- You don't need an account to play. Your progress is saved on your device.
- The game shows ads from Google AdMob. Ads are personalized only where you allow it.
- We use Google's Firebase services to count basic game events and to receive crash reports, so we can fix problems.
- Payments are handled by Google Play or Apple. We never see your card details.
- We don't sell your personal information for money.
- You can change your privacy choices at any time in the game: Settings > Privacy choices.
1. Who we are
Ravyn Force is made by Strongwolf Games, an independent developer based in Qatar ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the information described in this policy. You can reach us at support@strongwolfgames.com.
2. What information the game handles
| What | Why | Who handles it |
|---|---|---|
| Your game progress and settings (missions, items, skins, purchases made in the game) | To save your game | Stored in a file on your device. Your phone's own backup (Google or iCloud backup) may copy it if you have backups turned on. |
| Advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads | To show ads, limit how often they appear, measure them and prevent fraud; to personalize ads only where you allow it | Google AdMob |
| Device model, operating system, app version, language, region, a random install ID, and game events (for example a mission started, won or lost, an ad watched, a purchase made) | To understand how the game is played, see how ads perform, and improve the game | Google Analytics for Firebase |
| Crash and error reports (device and app details, and what the game was doing when it failed) | To find and fix bugs | Firebase Crashlytics |
| Purchase records (which item, when, and the store's order details) | To deliver and restore what you bought | Google Play or Apple, which process the payment. We receive the order confirmation only. |
| Anything you send us by email | To answer you | Us |
We do not ask for your name, address or phone number in the game, and the game does not use your precise location, contacts, camera or microphone.
3. Ads and your choices
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: before ads are shown, the game asks for your consent through Google's consent message. If you don't consent, you may still see ads, but they are not personalized.
- United States: where state privacy laws apply, you can opt out of personalized ads, which some of those laws call "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
- iPhone and iPad: the game asks for your permission before it can use your device's advertising identifier. If you say no, ads are not personalized using it.
- Any time: open the game and go to Settings > Privacy choices to change your answer. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
Reward videos are always optional. No ads are shown during battles.
4. The services we use
These providers process information for us under their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from apps that use its services
- Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics: Google Privacy Policy and Privacy and Security in Firebase
- Purchases: Google Play and Apple
We don't sell your personal information for money. We share it only with the providers above, to run the game, and when the law requires it.
5. Children
Ravyn Force is made for players aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the game and you want their information deleted, email us and we will help.
6. How long information is kept
Your save file stays on your device until you delete the game or its data. Crash reports are kept by Firebase Crashlytics for 90 days. Other information held by Google is kept for the periods described in its policies. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to help you.
7. Where information is processed
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. They use safeguards required by law for these transfers.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or limit its use, and to withdraw consent. To use these rights, email support@strongwolfgames.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Deleting your data
- Your progress: uninstall the game or clear its data in your device settings. This deletes your save file from the device.
- Analytics and crash data: email us with your device model and the approximate dates you played, and we will delete the data linked to your device, or ask our providers to.
- Advertising data: reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings, and change your choice in Settings > Privacy choices.
10. Security
We use the security measures of the stores and providers listed above, and we limit what the game collects. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is important, we will also tell you in the game.
